Samuel has more than a decade and half of experience working on JICA and JICS related ODA projects in many African countries namely: Mali, Liberia, Kenya, Cape Verde among many other countries on the continent. Being fuent in Japanese, he has played a key role as a local representative for Japanese companies in the private sector seeking to do business or undertake ODA related projects in Ghana and Africa.
